Responsibilities:
Actively leads and collaborates in the ongoing definition of strategic direction and the development, design, planning and execution of initiatives, communities and programs focused on institutional transformation, faculty development and innovator support
Leads and manages programs that support the development of STEM related institutional change efforts on college and university campuses
Oversees fiscal, operational and administrative management of faculty and institutional change initiatives; serves as lead and liaison with external constituents for these initiatives
Oversees VentureWell’s Course and Program Faculty Grants, including the development of program criteria, selection and management of grantee portfolio and selection of grantees;
