Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environment.

Information Technologist I

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Triaging incoming schedule requests from RMD employees to host secure call conferences for a specific time and date
Configuring the secure call infrastructure through the management software to initialize each secure conference call on the infrastructure
Manage availability of service through management of a shared calendar solution
Partner with technical SMEs and stakeholders to troubleshoot unforeseen issues with the teleconference infrastructure
As needed, support and assist with any necessary service management maintenance activities

Qualifications You Must Have:
BS/BA in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related major with 0-2 years of applicable experience. Significant experience or minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a BS/BA at the hiring manager’s discretion
Experience in the following technologies:
Microsoft operating systems and Intel x86 based hardware experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – including Visio
Experience with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
Web-based interfaces
