Desired Candidate: The desired candidate is a veteran Training Lead and Instructional Designer, with extensive background in creating and executing training programs for ERPs, particularly Oracle. The candidate must have the demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Business Process Owners (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create materials and enable them to instruct colleagues through a Train-the-Trainer approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years in training related leadership roles (i.e., Training Lead, Lead Developer) for ERP implementations, specifically Oracle. Experience in designing and executing training programs, utilizing a combination of methods (e.g., instructor led, web-based) to deliver instruction to various user groups with varying skills and knowledge needs and requirements. Capability and willingness for hands-on instructional material development, using Articulate 360 authoring tool. Ability to work constructively with BPOs and SMEs to create materials and engage them as the primary partners to deliver instruction.
