Engagement Description:
A Training Lead/Developer is needed for an Oracle upgrade project of a commercial buildings metal manufacturer, migrating from 10.7 to R12.2. The Training Lead/Developer will oversee and lead hands-on execution of the training plan and development of materials to ensure adequate skills and knowledge development for Oracle modules within the Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Design to Build tracks. End-use instruction is scheduled to take place in January, 2019, involving ~500 end-users at ~12 locations across the United States.

Desired Candidate:
The desired candidate is a veteran Training Lead and Instructional Designer, with extensive background in creating and executing training programs for ERPs, particularly Oracle. The candidate will also have significant exposure working with manufacturers and end-users at various locations. The candidate must have the demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Business Process Owners (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create materials and enable them to instruct colleagues through a Train-the-Trainer approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years in training related leadership roles (i.e., Training Lead, Lead Developer) for ERP implementations, specifically Oracle.
Experience in designing and executing training programs, utilizing a combination of methods (e.g., instructor led, web-based) to deliver instruction to various user groups with varying skills and knowledge needs and requirements.
Capability and willingness for hands-on instructional material development, using Articulate 360 authoring tool.
Ability to work constructively with BPOs and SMEs to create materials and engage them as the primary partners to deliver instruction.
Ability to create and execute training delivery plan, utilizing Train-the-Trainer approach and client Learning Management System (LMS) in alignment with project schedule.
