The Assistant Director of PROS Stewardship Destinations is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of the department's leading revenue operations and its processes, ensuring that the policies provide the highest customer satisfaction and outputs.
The Assistant Director of PROS Stewardship Destinations will monitor the cost and expenses reports, allocate resources, and develop business plans that will manage revenues and maximize cost recovery managing an operating budget of $65 million, and leading staff of approximately 800 out of the 2,700 employees within the Miami-Dade County Parks Department. Responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate the concessions stand, including cash register and food handling.
Manage the main reception desk, monitor arrivals and departures, and assist with way-finding.
Assist clients and provide guests with excellent customer service.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Restocking bathroom supplies as needed
Addressing spills
Trash removal as needed
Handle any emergency situation as it arises
