PACE Consultant Consortium Application Form
Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (PACE)
Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (PACE) is working with a group of local funders concerned with the effect of COVID 19, the recession, and racial reckoning on our small to midsize local arts groups and organizations. To increase the consulting options open to them, we are building a list or consortium of consultants. If interested, we are inviting you to apply.

We are following a two-step process. Step One – we request recommended consultants fill out an application. The link to the application is provided in this posting. Step-Two – We check project references provided by the consultants. There is no specific deadline to complete the application. However, consultants will not be included in the consortium until the process is completed.

You will not be able to submit the form if you have not completed all of the required information. You will be able to move forward and backwards and to save your work and return to complete it.

The form is designed to capture your areas of specialty, the sizes and types of organizations you have served, experience in Pennsylvania and other parts of the country. We are interested in your educational background, three references specific to your work, your consulting approach, and your commitment to equity. Additionally, you will be asked to upload your resume or CV including your degrees, professional licenses, and certifications.

Depending on whether or not you are an individual consultant or a team of consultants, we estimate it will take you between 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete the application.

Additional information about the program and selection process are included in the application. If you have difficulty filling out the form, please contact Maurice Speaks at consortium@pacepgh.org or at 412-562-0290 ext.215. We will notify you via email once you have been accepted into the consortium.

We look forward to building a productive relationship with you. Thank you in advance for completing the application.
