- Coordinate and facilitate regular chapter advisor roundtable meetings.
- Hire, supervise, develop, and evaluate graduate or undergraduate student assistants.

The position offers leadership opportunities including supervising and mentoring student staff, organizing community-building programs like Greek Leadership Summit and Hazing Prevention Week, and drive impactful educational initiatives. We are looking for someone with a passion for student development, experience in fraternity and sorority life, strong skills in event planning, leadership training, and inclusivity practices, as well as someone with a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary:
UM-Dearborn’s Office of Student Life (OSL) is seeking a Student Orgs Coordinator to enhance and refine how we serve students. The selected candidate will report to the Director and enhance the overall student experience by providing oversight for the Campus Involvement Hub and student organizations, including the FSL community.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Support 150+ student organizations and oversee organization registration process, training, and event planning processes
*Manage the Campus Involvement Hub,enhancing the overall commuter student experience through community-building opportunities and resources
*Provide leadership, support, and oversight for campus fraternities, sororities, and related councils and maintain relationships with (inter)national headquarters
*Advise the Student Organization Allocation Council
*Supervise the Student Org Consultant team (student staff)
*Plan and execute campus involvement initiatives such as the Go Blue Bash, Winter Involvement Fair, and Greek-A-Palooza
*Provide leadership/oversight for the campus’ student engagement/organization portal 
*Oversee the operational and programming budgets for the Campus Involvement Hub and FSL

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s, Master’s preferred in HESA or related
*Relevant experience working with student organizations and/or fraternities and sororities
