Student Experiences Coordinator

The Student Experiences Coordinator is responsible for providing advisement to high impact student organizations associated with the office. This includes attending regular meetings with officers and the general organization including regularly scheduled individual meetings. The Coordinator lends insight on improving programmatic offerings, providing professional development, assisting with budget oversight, and playing an active role in supporting event planning that results in substantive learning and opportunities for engagement far beyond membership for members of the organization.

Coordinator, New Student Connections

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate New Student Connections' student leader team. Supervision will include, but is not limited to:
Co-facilitating a semester-long, leadership seminar for student leaders utilizing senior leaders as teaching assistants and peer mentors, providing leadership and guidance through NSC programs and initiatives.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sorority and Fraternity Life, the Coordinator of Sorority and Fraternity Life is a live-in staff member that works to support the advancement, growth, and sustainability of fraternal organizations at Emory University.

Sorority and Fraternity Life Community Development:
Advise one of Emory’s four governing councils by providing support, advocacy, and vision
Coordinate departmental assessments to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and programs offered by the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life (OSFL)
Develop and sustain partnerships with advisors, alumni, (inter)national organizations, and other community stakeholders through regular communication

Qualifications:
