Part Time or Full Time Clinical Team Member (Full Time Preferred)
The Rainbow Circles This is an informal job posting I am posting on behalf of the organization of which I am co-owner. As The Rainbow Circles becomes a nonprofit we are searching for new supervisors ... and staff in general. We are especially looking for someone who could supervise a weekly or bimonthly QTBIPOC Supervision group, but would also want to see individual clients and participate in the organization’s administration. Supervisors would need to be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in Colorado, and can work in person in Fort Collins, but can also work virtually. Duties would include seeing individual clients, offering supervision, attending team meetings, and helping with administrative tasks and policy creation and maintenance. The organization is fairly unique in its structure so please reach out to connect more if you’re interested, but know that we are looking for people who are strongly aligned with our values, especially our commitment to social justice, confident at being able to handle interpersonal conflict respectfully, excited to work in a team environment, and willing to take on administrative and policy-creation tasks or able to offer other specialized skills to balance out our team (for example, some team members do administrative tasks related to social media management, content creation, graphic design, etc., so if you have another gift or talent you would want to share organizationally, that would be appreciated and you would be paid for your additional contributions.)
Yearly salary for full time is approximately between $50,000-80,000 depending on various factors.
We are also looking for external board members as we become a nonprofit! Board members will be paid approximately $30 an hour.
