Entry-Level Environmental Scientist/Engineer - Remediation

What you will be doing:
Conduct and prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and other environmental reports
Conduct and prepare Phase II field investigation activities, and environmental sampling (soil, groundwater, soil gas, and indoor air)
Compile and review laboratory and field data
Prepare tables, figures, and boring logs for inclusion in technical client-facing reports
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and oversight of subcontractor project activities
Prepare and implement Health and Safety Plans
Qualifications
BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
Coursework, internship or professional experience in environmental assessment activities, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and sample collection
Ability to travel to client sites - valid driver's license required
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training certifications preferred (training provided if necessary)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Proficiency using AutoCAD or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programs a plus
Ability to walk job sites during inspections, sometimes on uneven terrain
Ability to carry field testing equipment (up to 30 pounds) onto job sites with regularity
