Spanish Language Interpreter/Translator
California Partnership to End Domestic Violence As a member of the Communications team, the Spanish Language Interpreter/Translator will work together with other staff and interpretation/translation consultants to provide tr... anslation of written materials including checking translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are culturally accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions and proofreading and editing translated documents. They will serve as an interpreter on webinars, at conferences, meetings, and trainings; and will provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between English and Spanish. This will include reviewing briefings or preparation through reading and study on the subject to be discussed prior to the interpretation session and following ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information.
