Position: The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing strategic social media initiatives... aimed at improving engagement and awareness for the Side-Out Foundation (SOF). This position will oversee the creation and management of content across various social media platforms, utilizing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
Additionally, the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Founder to develop and execute social media strategies for Dig Pink events, assist in digital aspects of the SOF Ambassador Program, and serve as a key digital Community Engagement Leader, particularly for online interactions and virtual events.
Central College The person in this position will assist the head coach in developing and coordinating a women's volleyball program that is highly competitive in Division III while following the s... tandards and guidelines established by Central College, the American Rivers Conference (ARC) and NCAA Division III. -Assist the head coach in: teaching student-athlete technical, tactical, mental, and life skill development and supervision and development of practice and game sessions -Assist the head coach in recruiting and retention of academically qualified student-athletes within the guidelines of Central College, the IIAC and NCAA Division III. -Actively participate in match scouting, game planning, analysis, and adjustments -Manage film exchange and assist with film breakdown -Travel for recruit evaluations -Collaborate with admission office staff and counselors for contacts, campus visits, and other recruiting activities -Support the program by assisting in the organization and supervision of: Fundraising activities, Camps and clinics, Team building -Attend staff development opportunities and coach's meetings -Facilitate a productive team environment and culture -Home athletic event management -Perform other related duties as assigned -Bachelor's degree, with one to three years of experience coaching preferred. -Strong communication skills required -Familiarity with AAU/club leagues/organizations and experience attending summer tournaments desired -First Aid/CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain certification within six months required -Ability to travel; night and week-end work required -Valid driver's license and the ability to be insured to drive college vehicles required -Related experience working with college student athletes and a strong foundational knowledge of NCAA Women's Volleyball rules and regulations preferred. -Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills preferred. -Must possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Specific Responsibilities Serves as the Head Coach of the Volleyball program. Provides oversight of all operations and programming including coaching, training and skill development of all student-athletes during practice and matches. Facilitates the operating budget and coordinates fundraising opportunities for the volleyball program, including One SU and Orange and Maroon giving days. Develops a schedule that includes competitive regional contests and oversees team travel, equipment and supplies. Partners with athletics administrators and campus facilities to ensure any facility needs for the volleyball programs. Adhere to all NCAA Division III and Landmark Conference rules and bylaws. Partners with campus stakeholders including the offices of student life, counseling, facilities and admissions to ensure support of the volleyball program and student-athlete experiences. Hires, supervises and trains assistant coaches, as needed. Fulfills a secondary administrative duty or other duties as assigned. Develop positive rapport with athletics staff, as well as SU community.
