2025 Graduate Program
Mandala is hiring Graduate Analysts starting in 2025. We are looking for final year students, graduates or early-career professionals with up to two years’ experience to join our consulting business in 2025, across our locations in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.
Who we are looking for
- any academic discipline, including economics, public policy, or data science at honours or masters-level,
- highly developed empathy and interpersonal skills and a strong drive to contribute to making the world a better place,
- intellectual curiosity that translates towards an eagerness to solve
- complex policy problems, proven by research, academic or other extracurricular activities,
- an aspiration for a career in strategy consulting oriented towards public policy,
- a positive and friendly attitude, alongside intellectual rigor and open-mindedness to face policy problems from new perspectives

NLA Temporary Employment Register 2023/2024
National Library of Australia
The National Library of Australia regularly has short-term or project-based employment opportunities for periods up to 12 months. These temporary vacancies can be full time, part time or, occasionally, casual (intermittent and varied hours). The work offered can be within a range of roles. It can be a great way to access part-time work opportunities while still completing your studies.
STEM students should consider adding their resume to access roles in Digital and IT Services (eg. IT support and operations, business analysis, software development, metadata/data analysis and transformation, digitisation, Trove Partnerships and liaison, digital preservation, web development, graphic design).
HASS (Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences) students could consider adding their resume to access roles in:
- Library Services (eg. reference services, reading room floor, document supply services, collection retrieval, research),
- Collections Management (eg. preservation, cataloguing, acquisitions, special collections management, curatorship, archivists),
- Indigenous Engagement (eg. supporting the National Library’s indigenous engagement programs)
- Exhibitions and outreach (eg. education, marketing, editorial/publishing, exhibition installation).
