Coordinator- Subject Area and Graduate Statistic Tutoring
Arizona State University The Coordinator performs various duties related to the management of the University Academic Success Programs’ (UASP) subject area tutoring on the Tempe campus and online. This position collaborates with the supervisor to coordinate aspects of the UASP graduate statistics tutoring center and the general subject area (SA) tutoring center. Duties include, but are not limited to, hiring, training, supervising, providing ongoing student development, evaluating, developing program areas, creating/managing budgets and schedules, using data to make recommendations to direct supervisor, marketing, and contributing to overall center performance. This position requires the Coordinator to work in a team environment with student staff and faculty, and other UASP Coordinators. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Program Manager at the Tempe campus for UASP. This position is located at the Tempe campus for 40 hours per week, 8 am-5 pm, and some nights and weekends.
Student Recruitment Coordinator, Sr.
Northern Arizona University The University Admissions office is a dynamic environment which requires dedicated professionals to engage, excite, and enroll qualified students to Northern Arizona University to help meet enrollment goals. The Student Recruitment Coordinator, Sr (SRC, Sr) role is intended for seasoned professionals who have experience working in an admissions setting. The SRC, Sr helps the University Admissions Leadership Team with the management of recruitment and orientation. This role will apply the university’s recruitment strategies to identify, recruit, and enroll qualified new transfer and first year students across all education delivery modalities (e.g. Flagstaff, Community Campuses, and Online) from the assigned territory (in-state, WUE, and/or non-resident). Approximately 80% of the Student Recruitment Coordinator’s time will be spent recruiting traditionally aged freshman students, and 20% of their time recruiting transfer students and students interested in NAU’s additional education modalities. The Coordinator must demonstrate a strong commitment to the values of student service, integrity, student success, diversity, and engagement. Events Coordinator, Sr.
Northern Arizona University Coordinates and supports all phases of event planning and production for events and maintain stakeholder engagement; advises on various aspects of design, development and use of facilities; drafts goals, objectives and timetable for production of events. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with Instructional Designers (ID) and other Multimedia (MM) Designers to create and develop e-learning materials for course curriculum. Design, create, and deliver high-quality, accessible, interactive learning elements in various engaging formats (presentations, games, videos, quizzes, etc.). Demonstrate effective development skills in Articulate Storyline 360. Ensure efficiency by working within budget and meeting deadlines. Communicate regularly with MM Designers and Manager of Academic Technology regarding project status and needs. Exhibit effective communication with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders at partner institutions. Address changes and feedback to deliverables in a timely manner. Balance multiple projects at one time. Frequent our project management software daily to manage projects and priorities, track task time, and post comments with project updates. Actively participate in ongoing professional development to improve technical and workplace skills. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or an equivalent discipline Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (required) Articulate Storyline : 1 year (preferred)
