Press Brake Operators

Press Brake Operator Level I or II, have at least 1-2 years experience in operating and programming Amada press brake machines to shape low to mid level metal parts according to customer specifications. Check equipment for proper operation, safety and or needed maintenance. Perform visual and dimensional inspections. As well as the policies, procedures and processes used at Athena Manufacturing, LP, and the importance of safety awareness.

The ideal candidate will show proven reliability, pay close attention to detail, self-motivated, coachable, be knowledgeable with working with and handling raw tubing, sheet metal, and other various metals, able to interpret manufacturer drawings (blue prints), familiar with operating Amada Series press brakes, and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field (press brake).

Essential physical requirements pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:
• Strength — (Heavy)- Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

The Shipping and Receiving Packer has at least 1-2 years experience in preparing and packaging of materials/parts (will train the right individuals), process and document shipments; in addition to, learn client specific requirements, particularly for our Aerospace and Semiconductor clients; as well as, the policies, procedures and processes used at Athena Manufacturing, LP, and the importance of safety awareness.

Sheet Metal Detail Trainee

Detail Trainee- Detail Trainee is an entry level/trainee position. As a "Trainee" you will work under complete supervision. Provide assistance, learn to read and interpret manufacturing drawings (customer drawings/blue prints), learn to detail products and components by grinding and debuting, learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment; as well as, the policies, procedures and processes used at Athena Manufacturing, LP, and the importance of safety awareness.

The ideal candidate will show proven reliability, pay close attention to detail, self-motivated, coachable, be knowledgeable with working with and handling raw tubing, sheet metal, and other various metals, and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field is not required but is a plus.
