We are looking for highly motivated Software Developer (f/m/d) who join our EML Speech Technology development team.

**Your Role**
1. You will help to improve our existing NLP & ASR Tools
2. You will train and tune all kind of language models, ranging from classical n-gram LMs to transformer based LLM architectures
3. You will develop NLP tools using cutting edge technologies for internal and partner use
4. You will make use of your creative problem-solving abilities
5. You will engage in the continuous improvement of the way we work
**Your Profile**
1. Degree in computer science, computational linguistics, mathematics, or related disciplines
2. Hands-on experience in the development and evaluation of state-of-the-art speech recognition and understanding systems.
3. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and Pytorch
4. Applied experience in developing state-of-the-art technologies and programming languages like C++, Java, Python
5. Proven experience with development tools like git, maven, Jenkins.
6. You are proficient in spoken and written English

Postdoc in Speech Processing

The position is flexible with respect to topic, but it should connect thematically with current topics of interest to the research group.
