Improv teacher - part time
Autism Improvised, Inc.
We’re looking for a dynamic and fun improv teacher to work with any of our age groups - child through adult. Our more immediate summer need is someone to engage elementary-aged children 7-10 yrs.

Our mission is to use the fun of improv to grow social communication skills for youth through adults with mild autism and others who have difficulty relating socially. Commitment would be one or two 1-hr classes a week at a time that fits your schedule and intersects with our needs. Currently we are meeting on Zoom, but hope to resume our in-person classes in the fall, along with our online classes.

We prefer candidates who have improv experience or aptitude, and who work or live with autistic individuals. Self-advocates are welcomed. Our teaching team has included backgrounds in parenting, special education, therapies, professionals in service to autism, corporate careerists. If you don’t meet the experience qualification, yet you are interested in what we are doing, we’d like to hear from you, too.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed for Early Intervention Program! Salaried position! (Atlanta, GA)

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide high-quality, clinical supervision, and support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The BCBA will also provide training and consultation to parents, teachers, and staff.

Bilingual Family Services Assistant
YMCA of Metro Atlanta
The Early Learning Childhood Development Center’s Family Services Assistant will report directly to the Chattahoochee Early Learning Center Manager. The Family Services Assistant is responsible for performing all tasks related to providing supportive services to families and ensuring the delivery of all mandated family and health services according to the Head Start Performance Standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruits eligible children, including those with disabilities.
- Makes referrals to the Disabilities/Mental Health Specialist on children with disabilities, prior to enrollment.
- Enrolls eligible children, following the selection criteria proc ess.
Identifies the Family Services and Health needs of families and children.
- Makes referrals and follows-up to assure delivery of needed assistance to families.
- Provides assistance to families in emergency/crisis situations.
- Provides for the mandated health screenings for all enrollees and schedule appointments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required.
- Three (3) years of experience in social services/health services is required.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish.
- Must have a valid Georgia’s Driver’s License.

Rising Pre-K Summer Transition Program - Transition Coach (Bilingual)

This position is a ten-week summer. The Transition Coach is primarily responsible for recruiting children registered to attend Georgia Pre-K or Head Start for 20201-22 and whose home language is Spanish.
Requirements:
· Must have a minimum of an Associate Degree.
· Experience working with family support services.
· Must have a background in recruiting families.
· Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.
· Must be biliteral, able read and write fluently in Spanish and English.
· Must have a background in recruiting families of dual language learners.
· Must have experience with providing parent workshops and or families engagement activities.
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Hands on experience with working with families and children to ensure that family’s needs are met.
· Demonstrate a personal commitment to support dual language learners’ early development in English.
Responsibilities:
· Recruitment of bilingual Spanish Speaking Student for YMCA Early Learning’s Rising Pre-K Summer Transition Program.
· Develop, plan and implement family workshops and family engagement activities weekly.
· Assist with Program Set-up.
· Assist with Program Close-out.
· Ensures that all documents pertaining to the Rising Pre-K Summer Transition Program is organized and easily accessible for internal and external review.
· Must be able to use parent survey data and use it in real-time support.
