Responsibilities
-Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children with autism or related disorders
-Work under the supervision of a BCBA, in conjunction with an expert team
-Ensure that programs written and approved by BCBA are carried out with fidelity
-Notify BCBA of need to update or change teaching procedures based on student progress
-Brainstorm potential ways to improve behavior plans or solutions to challenges
-Collect and analyze data
-Provide feedback as requested by supervising BCBA and at team meetings
-Participate in community outings with clients
-Assist in parent training

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide ABA therapy in the client’s home by implementing all programs developed by the BCBA's
• Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations
• Must be able to work variable hours (evenings, weekends)
• Collect and record data during each session
• Complete all mandatory training, including in the home training and online training
• Communicate with clinical team to ensure quality of service
