We are looking for a Program Specialist who will help engage and manage our matches.
The Mahoney House The Mahoney House is looking for an energetic person to join our team to assist in the implementation of our services and programs, work as an advocate for survivors, and help car... ry out the overall mission of the organization. The ideal candidate is an empathetic go-getter, organizer, communicator, and self-starter with above-average computer skills. This person needs to maintain a good attitude and sense of humor while working collaboratively to tackle tough issues. A passion to create social change is a must!
Advocate Responsibilities
Work directly with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and neglect, including attending meetings, medical appointments, and court appearances with survivors, making referrals to appropriate resources and services, and assisting survivors in emergency situations Answer phone calls, assist walk-in clients, and perform other administrative duties Carry and respond to our 24-hour crisis hotline phone 7-10 days and overnights per month Ensure quality data reporting in online systems Promote The Mahoney House programs, classes, and services Network with local, state, and federal agencies in support of The Mahoney House’s mission and objectives Participate in education and training opportunities offered to law enforcement, legal systems, attorneys, medical personnel, and community members and attend conferences and meetings as required

WCA The WCA is seeking an engaging, compassionate, energetic, detail oriented, highly organized proven leader to manage and lead all aspects of the Clinical Program, including impleme... ntation of best practice approaches to therapy and quality assurance, staffing, reports, and curriculum. The Clinical Supervisor (CS) ensures clients and shelter residents are provided with a comprehensive, holistic program which addresses domestic abuse, sexual assault, and trauma. CS conducts assessments; provides diagnosis; creates individualized clinical plans; offers individual, group, and family counseling; and links clients with other services as appropriate. Provides presentations to the community on the issues of domestic/sexual abuse and trauma. Supervises staff of licensed Clinicians and interns.
