5 Reasons to Join Team AZA
Arizona Autism United (AZA United)
When everybody’s marketing department is touting their mission and staff support, how do you know what’s right for you? AZA United has been serving the valley for 15 years and played a lead role in making ABA accessible to all Arizona families. You can learn all about our job openings online, with details like the amazing compensation package that we offer & our 2x/year guaranteed raise program. But beyond that, here are 5 reasons to consider joining our team. If these resonate with you, give us a shout!

1) We are accountable to the community – not to investors. That’s what it means to be a nonprofit, and it changes the way decisions are made.

2) Every teammate is a priority. We believe that building a community organization involves building a community within the organization. Performance management means helping each individual achieve their personal goals, and to never stop growing as a professional.

3) We support the whole family. ABA has always been a huge part of what we do, but it’s not enough by itself. We’re building an interdisciplinary model of comprehensive services for all ages to help families across the state.

4) We serve the underserved. AZA United was founded to help as many families as possible with individualized supports. We can’t do that if we only accept some insurance plans or only serve wealthy families. No family in need should ever be denied the opportunity to get help.

5) We are a team, and we respect each other’s needs for work/life balance. We believe that employee job satisfaction is an ethical responsibility for organizations, and by building a culture that we all love being a part of we create our futures together.

If you are a BCBA or a trainee that expects to take the exam within about a year, we would love to connect!
