Arion’s BCBA Supervisor will provide services in direct as well as supervisory capacities for individuals in need of medically necessary treatment. The BCBA Supervisor will provide ongoing coaching for treatment program implementation to parents/caregivers, RBTs and habilitation providers. The BCBA Supervisor will be part of a collaborative team consisting of parents and/or caregivers and clinical team members. The BCBA Supervisor will provide direct support to members and /or their families, in various settings in compliance with all regulations and policies related to Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and other regulatory agencies.

Help SARRC support the lives of individuals with autism and their families! This position plays a critical role by managing calls and inquiries from family members and individuals with autism through empathy, kindness and care. Duties include gathering information from families around need and providing information about services and supports at SARRC or appropriate referrals. Additionally, the specialist is responsible for enrolling, scheduling, creating physical and electronic client records, and eliciting consumer feedback on experience and satisfaction. What You'll Do:
Take and manage incoming calls, inquiries and referrals from families or individuals with autism.

Use Salesforce for scheduling and database management.

Who You Are:

One year of previous administrative experience within a setting that serves individuals with Autism and/or developmental disabilities
Case management, medical records or health care experience preferred
Scheduling and database software experience preferred (Salesforce)

Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC)
You will provide clinical supervision and program management for Behavior Therapists, individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position requires the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification and license. Intervention may be delivered in any of the following formats: a) 1:1 delivered in a home and/or community setting; b) parent training in interventions; c) intervention delivered in a classroom or employment context. Intervention and training should be consistent with the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

What You'll Do:
Provides clinical supervision and program management for interventionists. May also provide parent training using applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions, including Pivotal Response Treatment and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
Provides supervision, leadership and management for Behavior Therapists and interns
Conducts individual staff training on ABA teaching methods as needed
Coordinates with funding agencies and relevant staff to manage programs
Attends clinical supervision meetings, 1:1 meetings, all staff meetings and all other related meetings
Provides group, 1:1 and in-vivo supervision to Behavior Therapists
Provides BCBA supervision to Clinicians enrolled in accumulating supervision hours to sit for the BCBA exam
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
Who You Are:
Minimum Education: MA degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
Able to manage staff, work with families, provide parent training, and/or teach groups of parents/families and supervise programs.
Able to collect data for purposes of program evaluation and program management.
Able to write treatment goals (both individual and group goals) and develop effective programs for teens and adults with autism spectrum disorders.

Behavior Technician

Work one-on-one with children to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with the support and direction of a BCBA

Authorization Coordinator

As an Authorization Coordinator, you will work closely with insurance and Ally’s intake and clinical teams to ensure we have accurate eligibility, benefits, and authorizations needed to provide therapy to our patients. Simply put, your work will enable access to services that will directly change the lives of children with autism.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts eligibility and benefit checks on all prospective clients
Provides eligibility, benefit, and expected cost summary to prospective families and answers any parent questions regarding the cost of services at Ally
Conducts recurring eligibility scrub to avoid denials for benefit lapses, and completes outreach to family and providers for any clients with lapsed coverage
Submits authorizations to payors, follows up to ensure authorizations are received timely and as requested, and inputs authorizations into Electronic Health Records (CentralReach)
Identifies trends in payor requirements, questions, and denials and educates team to improve ongoing workflows
Completes new provider credentialing and maintains demographic updates for already credentialed providers in payor databases
Maintains provider credentialing tracker and ensures CentralReach claims settings are up to date for providers
Supports other revenue cycle projects, as directed
Report preparation for management on a weekly and monthly basis, as directed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare administration, finance, or information systems, preferred
CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certified, or willing to obtain within 90 days
3+ years experience in a medical or behavioral health group practice with an emphasis on back-office functions, preferred
