Beck Institute Staff Clinician
Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy
The Beck Institute Staff Clinician will provide direct clinical care in an outpatient setting with eventual anticipated transition to a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) training and supervisory role within the organization.

Specific duties:
• Provide direct clinical services for a wide range of mental health disorders to approximately 25 patients weekly based on the Institute’s needs. This will include assessment, individual and group treatment, and consultation.
• Attend weekly supervision with a Beck Institute Clinician to continue developing expertise in Beckian CBT
• Attend bi-weekly case conference with Beck Institute’s clinician staff, including Dr. Judith S. Beck
• Attend Beck Institute’s clinic, staff, and other meetings
• Represent Beck Institute at professional and academic conferences, symposia, and industry and other events
• Engage in supervision and consultation, professional training, writing, research, ancillary reading and other duties, all as assigned

Requirements:
• Terminal master's degree or doctoral degree in clinical or counseling-related field from an accredited educational institution
• Current Pennsylvania licensure or license eligibility as a psychologist, LCSW, or LPC
• Experience in using CBT case conceptualization and interventions to treat a wide range of mental health disorders
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Some evening work is required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with utilizing Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS)
• Experience with telehealth assessment and interventions
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
• Supervision experience

About the Role:
CVN is looking for a motivated, highly organized, self-starter who can carry out all essential tasks of a growing program. The Clinical Programs Manager will be an essential part of a cross-departmental clinical quality support effort, assisting a national network of mental health clinics implement and sustain high quality care. As a Clinical Quality Manager, you will be an essential member of a cross-departmental team offering process improvement and change management support to a cohort of outpatient mental health clinics.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organizing and implementing clinical policies and procedures across the network, both in-person and remotely
- Training and onboarding of new CVN clinics, including orientation to CVN model of care, clinical processes, documentation standards and use of electronic health record
- Assessment of clinical practices and support of process improvement activities to ensure timely access and high-quality care
- Support and guidance for clinics through initial and ongoing maintenance of CARF accreditation
- Utilization of clinical data to support clinics increase quality, access, and patient safety
- Author regular qualitative data reports assessing clinic performance, including review of recent client cases, clinic workflows, and adhere to CVN treatment model

Lead Clinician/Deputy Director
Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic for the National Capital Area
Easterseals DC MD VA & the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic for the National Capital Area is looking for a Lead Clinician/Deputy Director to be a key member of the Clinic and Easterseals team. The position serves as the evidence-based practice champion and primary clinical leader on an interdisciplinary team. The Clinician provides evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, their families, as well the families of active duty military personnel and active duty personnel who are referred by their branch. The Clinician also provides supervision, case consultation, and mentoring in CBT and other time-limited, manualized interventions. The Lead Clinician serves as the Assistant Director of the Clinic and partners with the Director on continuously enhancing quality of service delivery. The successful candidate will be motivated to deliver services to the highest standards of efficacy and quality, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be results-oriented. Also required are a Doctorate in psychology (PhD or PsyD), a license or be license-eligible to practice in MD, VA, and DC (WV also strongly preferred) and 8+ years in a clinical setting plus 5+ years supervisory experience.

The Lead Clinician serves at the Evidence Based Practice Champion and primary clinical leader on an interdisciplinary team, focused on providing time-limited, evidence-based practices in an outpatient clinic that serves individual adults, couples families and children. The Lead Clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to veterans, particularly those who served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and their families. In addition to direct clinical care, the Lead Clinician is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director through the provision of supervision, case consultation, and mentoring in CBT and other time-limited, manualized interventions. The Lead Clinician will be a full-time employee of the clinic and reports directly to the Clinic Director.
