Family Support Workers provide direct services to families involved with the child protection and juvenile justice systems. We work with parents to help them develop and improve parenting skills and strengthen healthy parent-child relationships. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, persistence, and resiliency required. Flexible schedule but consistent evening and weekend availability is required.

Family Support Workers are required to have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, be a current student within two semesters of a bachelor's degree, or have two years of related experience. Transporting children to and from visits is an essential function of the position, so a reliable car and willingness to transport children is required. Staff vehicles must be registered and insured as required by law. Successful background check, and valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points also required for employment.
