70% - Grants Management & Donor Development
● Develop resource strategy for private and public foundation funding
and other resources generated from the philanthropic sector
● Identify, cultivate, and grow a robust pipeline of grant opportunities
● Write, customize, and update compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, concept papers, grant reports, and funder communications ● Research and engage with new funding prospects and current
20% - Digital Fundraising & Individual Giving
● Develop and implement individual giving strategy for digital fundraising program and campaigns
● Liaise with communications team to generate online donations via portals including the OnePA website and social media platforms, and external platforms
● Manage grant and reporting calendars in order to comply with all proposal and grant requirements; ensure fundraising information is updated in a timely manner in OnePA’s customer relationship
management (CRM) platform
● Define and improve documentation processes, procedures and policies for fundraising in collaboration with the Systems Manager
● Standardize templates and language of all fundraising-related documents, including proposals, reports, and acknowledgements in collaboration with Communications Team
