Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the financial, technical, and administrative success of Progress Alliance. This position is at the core of ensuring our organization operates smoothly and all staff have what they need to be successful in their role. We’re looking for an effective problem solver who has a strong attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills, and likes playing with numbers. This position is right for you if you have a passion for creating and maintaining the internal systems and team support to run a thriving political organization. If you believe that you’re aligned with our mission and love operations, but need support in developing technical skills, we’re willing to train someone who is a great fit for the role. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our team is largely working remotely, however this position requires some work onsite at our office; candidates should expect to work at minimum 1 day per week in the office (socially distanced) for tasks such as processing income and printing checks. The Operations Manager is a full-time, permanent position supervised by the Deputy Director.

The Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the Development Director with funder communication, developing products grant management, grant writing, and reporting. Responsibilities
