Our Atlantic operation has immediate opportunities for an Intermediate Construction Loan Monitor to be a part of its expanding office. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick.

Ideal candidates will have a background in construction costs, materials & practices, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ability to multitask several projects, commitments to meeting deadlines and an attention to detail and numbers. This job requires the physical ability to navigate safely on working job sites and knowledge of construction progress. A valid driver’s license is required as site travel is involved; candidate will be responsible for transportation.
