Administration of the CRM; collect/analyze data to drive corporate/market strategy and Business Development (BD) activities. Qualifications:
—Bachelor’s in marketing, business, economics, finance, data analytics, related field &/or accredited CRM certification

—2+ years CRM experience, Cosential preferred
—Proven customer service orientation/ability to work well with others
—Understanding of AEC industry
—Analytical thinker/problem-solver
—Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
—Strong knowledge of databases, CRM solutions, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
