Data and Economic Analyst
Missouri Department of Economic Development
· Objective 1: Support development of actionable operational data analyses and dashboards
o Support efforts by program leaders to translate program data and goals into effective and efficient program dashboards utilizing Tableau
o Perform customized analysis and visualization of operational data
o Oversee data readiness and improvements of monthly department performance dashboard

· Objective 2: Facilitate the growth of the department’s data literacy, analysis, and visualization skills, and support effective data management
o Deliver subject matter expertise, technical assistance, and effective communication of data skills and concepts, including Excel and Tableau skills to internal customers
o Promote data literacy and skills by monitoring and ensuring access to data training, resources, and tools, and ensuring best practices are utilized

o Make continuous improvements to DED’s impact analysis process, including an annual calibration of the model
o Deliver effective communication of general economic concepts and results of impact analyses to internal customers

· Objective 4: Support efforts to ensure insights and decisions are informed by actionable economic, community, and workforce data and research
o Provide DED team members with customized research through the compilation, interpretation, and visualization of structured data from secondary sources
o Support efforts by DED team members to conduct internal and external surveys and analyze results to gain actionable insights
o Support additional planning and analysis needs that surface

Instructional Technology Specialist I
Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness
The not-for-profit Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness (CREC) is seeking an Instructional Technology Specialist to update, enrich, and improve a suite of software-training courses. Under the direction of the staff’s lead ISD, this multimedia curriculum developer will revise several video-based, asynchronous eLearning courses that support a national professional network in their use of essential software tools. They will incorporate updates relating to a new software user interface (UI) and carry out a broad-scale revision process—adding new course elements, improving accessibility, and enhancing learner experience (LX). The community of adult learners served by these courses performs a critical public service, developing economic projections for state economic and workforce development agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to apply best practices to eLearning design, while building from an extensive body of existing content and collaborating with dedicated subject matter experts.

The Program Performance Specialist performs a full range of duties that are not limited to the following: cross-program support for day-to-day performance, reporting of data, auditing, labor market research, conducting on-site and desk monitoring, and technical assistance for all Employ Prince George's Inc. programs and throughout the Prince George's County Public Workforce System.


The Program Performance Specialist performs various specialized duties and technical program support by serving as the oversight monitor of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth Programs Services, and Prince George's Local Workforce Development Board contracted program providers.
