Campus Transit provides shuttle service to approximately 800,000 passengers, on an annual basis, and employs a staff of capable SAEOs, to assist with their transportation needs. The department runs campus shuttles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the buses run routes throughout the city of Berkeley with some routes traveling to Albany and Richmond, CA.

Parking Enforcement is a seven-day a week, day/night operation that encompasses a fifteen-hour a day period of operation.  The Lead Parking Representative functions under the general direction of the Senior Parking Supervisor and/or Assistant Field Operations Manager.  This position is responsible for performing daily parking enforcement activities, including supervision of four (4 casual) or more Parking Representatives.  This includes issuing parking citations and warning notices, public contact, assisting with the oversight of special events, performing corrective maintenance on parking control equipment, providing motorist assists. Serves as a working field supervisor during shifts when a Senior Parking Supervisor is normally not present, and in the absence of the Senior Parking Supervisor.  This position also has the primary supervisory responsibility of the Saturday day enforcement and maintenance staff. The incumbent is also expected to routinely patrol various beats from a variety of vehicles including truck, car, motor scooter and bicycle.
