This is an entry-level position for each production line. In general, the position is responsible for following work instructions to modify and/or package equipment per customer requirements and quality guidelines.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a production/assembly environment or soldering and hand and machine crimping, preferred. Manual Dexterity.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and engineering drawings and able to distinguish colors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow work instructions in: Loading the production line, unpacking product, repackage, label, testing as required, soldering, and hand and machine crimping.
• Conduct product testing according to testing requirements and guidelines.
• Follows ISO, IATF and all other applicable procedures and company rules and policies.

• Ability to Read calipers, blueprints, and wiring schematics.
• Must be certified as an IPC/WHMA 620 Certified IPC Application Specialist (CIS) within 60 days of becoming a Wire Harness Shop Assembler.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow harness shop assembly instructions, processes, targets, procedures and meet deadlines.
• Conduct product testing according to testing requirements and guidelines.
• Perform equipment change-overs and preventive maintenance (PM) on shop machinery.
