Desktop Administrator

The Desktop Administrator’s role is to create, update, and deploy laptop and pc images to end user workstations within the corporate network. Additionally, they will be responsible for the automation of user creation tasks as well as rights delegation within Active Directory. The Desktop Administrator will also work to create third party software packages for remote and automated installation on end user workstations. In addition, they will create and maintain the patching process for these third-party packages. This 40 hour per week position will be at our Naperville, IL office, and will play an important role in deploying desktop stations and laptops to our Illinois office. This role will require both strong technical and communication skills, as this role will interact frequently with various levels of our organization and client groups.
