Renaissance Design systems to accelerate student growth by delivering assignments and educational insights. Design front end applications to support educator decisions through dashboards, reporting, and analytics. Collaborate on epic definition, lead architectural design and participate in initial team planning. Provide ongoing architectural guidance to engineering teams and broader organization. Consult with other engineering teams to coordinate on cross-team dependencies and to provide guidance on AWS/Cloud platform approaches and technologies. Work with stakeholders to communicate project status. Participate and support content partner negotiations. Define, track and improve key metrics for team deliverables. Deliver product and technical debt resolutions in a transparent manner. Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of the users. Become familiar with the organizational development practices, platform requirements, and project management framework. Manage communications to internal teams on the current work of the engineering team. Represent business stakeholders and voice of the customer to the team.
Renaissance Modify, test, and install computer software to meet specific business needs. Use problem-solving techniques to develop systems that allow users to perform their required tasks efficiently. Work carefully to ensure that programs are of the highest quality and free from programming errors. Provide appropriate system and task documentation

Software Developer (Dynamics 365 CE)
Inclusa As part of our digital transformation journey, this Software Developer position is responsible for maintaining, building, and configuring solutions primarily within the Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Experience) platform. The position will engage with various colleagues throughout the organization and must build constructive and collaborative working relationships in order to deliver high quality outcomes.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Collaborate with IT colleagues and end users on business requirements and technical requirements to identify, evaluate, and configure solutions within D365 CE. Analyze, configure, build, and deploy solutions and console apps consisting of: Create, update, and maintain custom plugins Customize built-in entities Build Dynamics add-ins and integrations using .NET Create and customize Dynamics forms Create and maintain business process flows and workflows Apply proper testing to all development & configuration Build interfaces/integrations that leverage the D365 and/or Microsoft Graph API’s Perform testing/debugging of software applications. Modify existing Dynamics applications to add new features or enhancements. Troubleshoot existing solutions. Stay current on Dynamics 365 CE releases. We have an exciting new opportunity to join NorthWinds as a Data Warehouse Developer on our Enterprise Data Warehouse team. The Data Warehouse Developer’s role is to provide advanced technical skills in the design, build, maintenance, control, and use of enterprise data. This role will understand the company’s data model and design solutions and processes which combine disparate data into meaningful reporting and analysis that can be easily understood by customers and internal audiences and will oversee efficient and reliable solutions to difficult problems as well as share experience in end-to-end design and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). We have an exciting new opportunity to join NorthWinds as a Network Administrator on our Infrastructure/Data Center team. Our Network Administrators are responsible for a variety of areas within the Infrastructure team, including ensuring the stability and integrity of company computers, servers and networks. This includes planning, installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all network hardware, software and communication links across the NorthWinds organization and customer organizations. For this role, we are specifically looking for someone to focus on cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365, along with some AWS. This full time position can be located in Stevens Point, WI or Naperville, IL at our home offices in Wisconsin or Illinois, or we will possibly consider someone working remotely.

NorthWinds Technology Solutions, LLC NorthWinds Technology Solutions is a new technology company developed from two industry leaders in Dental Insurance: Delta Dental of Illinois and Delta Dental of Wisconsin. The Desktop Administrator’s role is to create, update, and deploy laptop and pc images to end user workstations within the corporate network. Additionally, they will be responsible for the automation of user creation tasks as well as rights delegation within Active Directory. The Desktop Administrator will also work to create third party software packages for remote and automated installation on end user workstations. In addition, they will create and maintain the patching process for these third-party packages. This 40 hour per week position will be at our Naperville, IL office, and will play an important role in deploying desktop stations and laptops to our Illinois office. This role will require both strong technical and communication skills, as this role will interact frequently with various levels of our organization and client groups.
Additionally, this role will:
Provision new and replacement laptops, pcs and servers Maintain standard laptop/pc images in line with industry best practices Manage process for distributed rights management and delegated administrative access to workstations and servers Run new user orientation sessions Serve as an escalation point for the resolution of help desk tickets relating to workstations, servers and network equipment Collaborate with other IT team members and business users to resolve common issues with user workstations, servers and network equipment
