Curve Lake First Nation Duties: • Clean and sanitizes offices and clinical space, dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, washing walls and windows. • Remove garbage and recycling from offices, meeting spaces, and centralized areas. • Clean and sanitize washrooms and common spaces and replenish supplies (soaps, paper towels, etc.) • Monitors supply inventory and orders as needed as per procurement guidelines • Maintains janitorial equipment and storage areas in a clean and organized fashion • Provides outside maintenance of grounds, gardens, parking lots, ramps, steps and sidewalks on a year round basis including but not limited to grass cutting, raking, litter/garbage collection and disposal, snow shoveling, snow removal and sanding/salting • Cleans and maintains the family resource centre • Opens and closes buildings in accordance to procedure
Archaeological Program Administrator
Curve Lake First Nation Duties: • Keep current of archaeological research, consultation and engagement standards affecting First Nations • Assist with training and upgrading opportunities for future Cultural Heritage Liaisons • Responsible for scheduling Cultural Heritage Liaisons as needed, including monitoring of hours worked and expenses incurred • Responsible for the collection of revenue generation from proponents as well as reporting/monitoring of revenue received • Seek funding opportunities to support Archaeological/Cultural Heritage Liaison Program • Advocate for appropriate archaeological interpretations, recommendations and fieldwork during project monitoring • Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate field work • Review and maintain field notes of Cultural Heritage Liaisons for completeness and accuracy
FNHMA Marketing and Communications Coordinator
First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA) The First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA) currently has an opening for a full-time Marketing and Communications Coordinator. FNHMA is a not-for-profit national professional association involved in expanding health management capacity for First Nations.
FNHMA provides leadership in First Nation health management activities by developing and promoting quality standards, practices, research, certification, networking, and professional development to expand capacity for our members and First Nations. Summary The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is primarily focused on promoting the FNHMA to prospective members, current members, and other stakeholders such as funders, partner organizations, sponsors, and the various First Nations across Canada that the FNHMA serves. Through this, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated strategic marketing and communications plan designed to promote transparency, create impact and engagement with stakeholders and promote the FNHMA Brand.

Director of Programs, FNHMA
First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA) Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Programs, FNHMA has the overall responsibility for the design and delivery of the programs and services offered to FNHMA members. The Director will ensure that the FNHMA upholds and expands the competencies of First Nations Health Managers by providing sound advice on education and health trends and modernizing the certification and workshop curriculum and delivery models. The Director will also offer and solicit input on technology and instructional best practices to directly improve programming and delivery. In addition, the Director will oversee the curation and continuous updating of the FNHMA online resource library and ensure that regular feedback is gathered from members on courses, workshops and resources to help identify improvements. The Director will serve as a key member of the executive team and act as a spokesperson for the association, playing a lead role in member engagement, the annual conference, and other networking events and activities. The Director will also be involved in strategic planning for the association. Leading and developing a small team, the Director will ensure the effective implementation of workplans and professional development plans. The Director will also develop and manage the annual budget for the FNHMA programs, capacity building and member services.
