Our missing piece is an Infant Feeding Specialist, SLP or OT! Each month we refer out dozens of babies to our wonderful local Infant Feeding Specialists for pre-frenectomy therapy. We are ready to have an in-office therapy option for our families! This is an amazing opportunity for therapists passionate about working with babies.
As this is a brand new position in our office, you have the opportunity to create your dream job. This can start out as a part time or full time position; we are happy to work with you as we grow.
Requirements:
License in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy Experience working with infant feeding. Lactation knowledge/experience a strong plus. A functional perspective A passion for treating root causes Knowledge or a strong interest in tethered oral tissues. A commitment to life-long learning Ready to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of experts
