The Lead GHC will serve as subject matter expert for GH for OCH providers and staff. The Lead GHC will provide direct care to adult and pediatric transgender and gender-nonbinary (TGNB) patients, serving as their primary care provider. In some circumstances, the Lead GHC may serve in a consultation role while the patient continues with their internal or external PCP. In addition to primary and gender affirming care (GAC), the Lead GHC will provide HIV treatment and prevention services.
