SUMMARY OF POSITION The Transitional Living Program Case Manager provides behavioral coaching and behavior management intervention for youth in TGTHR’s Transitional Living Program. In collaboration with the youth, you develop and manage individualized plans involving education, vocation, and behavior modification for program participants. The transitional case manager will support program participants in locating housing and manage housing funds to prevent eviction and homelessness.

This team member should be mechanically minded, hard-working and team oriented. Responsible for service requests, make-ready apartment homes and upkeep of the property building and grounds. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including maintenance, minor appliance repair, painting, drywall, plumbing, heating, electrical and other duties, as needed. We are looking for an honest, hardworking individual to join our small business in the Denver Metro area. The technician will use the newest and most effective technology for performing mold remediation and complete sterilization of homes and businesses.

$20 - $23.50/hr depending on experience.

POSITION REPONSIBILITIES:

· Attend to all job details as outlined in the dispatched work order

· Work well on your own or as a team, as assigned, to ensure the successful remediation of the project site on the first attempt

· Provide the quality service, including a friendly demeanor, a positive memorable customer experience, respect of property, and thoroughness of work that you would expect in your own home

· Collect test samples (i.e. post-remediation verification testing or re-testing)

· Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, both inside and out, including fueling, oil changes, and tire rotations

· Follow proper safety procedures, including use of containment, donning of proper PPE, safe driving practices, attention to detail, and proper use of tools and equipment
