The Compliance Specialist I (CS) is responsible for managing all aspects of compliance for the ... company’s growing real estate portfolio. Specifically, the oversight of all LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and Housing Choice Vouchers related matters. The CS is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Regulatory Agreements and partnership operating agreements; timely delivery of all monthly, quarterly, annual, and as needed periodic reporting to funding and/or state agencies. The Compliance Manager must be proficient in relative software and be the go-to person for periodic questions/issues that arise from site staff and ensure consistency from project to project.
Position Preferred Qualifications:
Lives or works in CO, MT, WY, UT, SD, ND, NM Fair Housing Certification within the past year 3 to 5 years’ experience in affordable housing compliance Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) or similar certification preferred.
