Compleat Kidz As a Behavioral Technician (BT) you will complete a 40-hour online course and be provided with hands-on training to obtain your Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certificate.... You will also work under the supervision of a Lead Registered Behavioral Technician, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and alongside a professional team to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to special needs children across all environments. You will also provide observational data on the learning process of the clients and documenting using our system.
