Lead Behavior Analyst

As the Lead Behavior Analyst in our school, your mission would be:
Lead the behavior intervention aspect of our licensed private school program which is focused on compassionate approaches to ABA including practical functional assessment (PFA), skill-based treatment, and trauma-informed ABA (which includes consulting from FTF Behavioral Consulting)
Collaborate with the Lead Teacher in regards to clinical decision-making and implementation of this process across the entire school. This includes training, supervising, and mentoring staff including BCBAs
Maintain a small caseload of students

Regional Clinical Director - In Home Services

Regional Clinical Director Essential Functions:
• Mentor and manage a team of Supervising Clinicians
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of BCBAs to provide the highest quality of ABA therapy through appropriate programming, client education, and hour recommendations.
• Conduct weekly one on ones to review performance metrics and client files.
• Conduct quarterly fidelity assessments to drive quality and consistency throughout the organization.
Provide clinical oversight of clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Review initial and six (6) month assessments conducted by your direct report BCBAs to guarantee clinically accurate goals, programming, and hour recommendations.
• Conduct monthly case reviews of your team members’ clients to ensure appropriate progress.
• Ensure clients and parents are engaged in and completely satisfied with the services provided to them.
• Retain 100% of your clients by driving progress and satisfaction through high-quality ABA. Resolve client and technician concerns in a timely manner utilizing the NPS tool and feedback. Quarterly NPS of 8 or higher with a 50% response rate.
• Guide clients through the referral process into direct therapy to ensure families are well-educated and committed to ABA therapy before beginning services.

The Supervising Clinician will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. This position is considered a leadership role within Centria. The ideal candidate will develop a client’s treatment plans and supervise Behavior Technicians to implement such programs. Behavior Technicians will rely on their BCBA to assist them in overcoming challenges and answering questions about their day-to-day client interactions. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. The Supervising Clinician should be organized and self-sufficient to perform in this role successfully.
