Digital Strategy Manager
XPON Technologies You will play a critical role within the XPON Technologies AUNZ business, working directly with our clients as part of our Strategy team. In collaboration with the Head of Strategy and other team members you will understand our clients, their vision and their goals.
You will be able to articulate the strategic value of marketing solutions, and how these solve common business problems.
You will create strategic account plans and roadmaps, and work with our Client Success & Growth team to guide the narrative and align on strategic growth opportunities and account expansion.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Conduct strategic account planning and develop roadmaps for clients
Provide a holistic view of XPON Technologies AUNZ offerings and how these can provide strategic value to the client
Work with other XPON Technologies business units to introduce strategic planning into existing digital experience roadmaps, and align execution to planned strategic value.
Work with the Strategy team to understand the technology and marketing ecosystem of all of our key clients to ensure that they have a full view of strategic opportunities for the client and XPON Technologies.

Present to clients, and be able to speak to business value

KMart This role will design and deliver a research agenda covering the needs of business stakeholders across our store network. It would also cover any store design and technology research. There is a significant opportunity to impact both customer experience (NPS) and operational efficiencies with this role, improving current and Future store design. The person would leverage existing and emerging in store technology to help track and understand customer behaviour across a variety of use cases, including footfall tracking, conversion tracking, dwell times, category/shelf/POS engagement, checkout optimisation, and trial of new layouts and formats.
They would also shape and deliver any qualitative and quantitative store research, and oversee the current reporting and future development of the NPS tool.
The role would also lead research on how we optimise customer experience through to team member processes and resourcing, and design engagement tools to help team members understand customer needs and pain points better.

Senior Insights Specialist - Customer Strategy
