Ensure records on children and families are current, complete, and kept confidential
Recruit volunteers for Mentor Program
Coordinate the dissemination of materials and representation of MPACT for resources fairs and/or community events and public awareness opportunities
Serve as a liaison to SB 40 Boards, Regional Centers, and LICCs, parent and professional groups, school districts, and the non-disabled community
Regularly assess regional needs, issues, and trends in the form of any and all of the following: surveys, meetings, workgroups, and collaborative input.
Participate in job performance evaluation in conjunction with training, conferences, seminars, and webinars; participate in training and monthly teleconference calls
Assist with planning and implementation of any state-wide MPACT conferences

MPACT Provide individual assistance and technical support for culturally diverse families that have children with disabilities in the form of phone, emails, material distribution, and e... ducation meeting attendance Work with culturally diverse families in the area of youth transitioning to adulthood Recruit and assist interpreters of non-English languages to assist non-English speaking, culturally diverse families that have children with disabilities including translation of written material Develop and maintain relationships with contract and project collaborating partners as well as agencies, organizations, schools, and groups located within position’s assigned area and that focus on serving culturally diverse communities, families of children with disabilities, and youth with disabilities
