Customer Success Manager

To support our continued growth across the world, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager. Working with a highly talented group of people, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the client, assisting in planning, installation, training, trouble shooting, maintenance, and acting as an interface between the client and the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage financial (P&L) and contractual relationship with contracted clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with client base ensuring they receive excellent customer service and their day to day needs are met.
- Develop customer development strategies to ensure we stay abreast of our customers challenges and priorities.
- Support Product and Innovation team with new digital innovations and customer feedback ensuring FLYdocs maintains our position as the market leader.
- Coordinate regular senior management reviews (monthly/quarterly) with the customer and relevant internal teams (performance/SLA/KPI, financial reviews)
- Manage the onboarding of new clients into the business based upon streamlined process whilst ensuring the customer’s contract requirements are delivered
- Coordinate internal Operations and Technical Management teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Ensure our clients are aware of the full range of FLYdocs products & services and lead the additional up- or cross selling process.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous CRM experience.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial, can do approach.
- Passionate about providing an excellent service with every customer interaction.
-Strong IT skills including the use of MS Office package, use of Salesforce desirable.
- Tackles potential problems on own initiative.
- Strong negotiator with strong influencing skills.
- Be strong in people management and implementation of change.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Experience in aviation sector desired

Digital Product Manager
FLYdocs
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing customer centric business models for FLYdocs’ digital application and service offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the life cycle of one or more digital products from ideation to implementation through to phase-out
- Working with cross-functional teams to build a product which in turn becomes a business success
- Evaluate monetization strategies taking commercial responsibility and accountability for individual products
- Transition product requirements and new features into development specifications
Integrate delegated product owners, software engineers and other stakeholders into product management and software development scrum teams using an agile management approach
- Play a part in the design and prioritizing of FLYdocs‘ ideation and innovation process as well as the product roadmap
- Support the FLYdocs Sales Team at customer appointments with detailed product knowledge and accompany product launches with the customer(s) by presenting the product, value proposition and customer journey
- Establish key account management for 3rd party aviation and software partners
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Completed a degree in business studies, engineering or economics with very good IT and business knowledge (other closely related academic qualifications or work experience will be considered)
- At least 3 to 5 years professional experience in product management and/or digitization
- Experience of working in an aviation engineering and maintenance environment will be hugely advantageous
- Very good knowledge and experience in methods of:
- Agile product management
- Ideation and business canvas modelling
- Developing digital business models
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with interdisciplinary teams and motivate project staff
-Business fluent English and good IT skills
-Willingness to travel on occasion
