Director of Evaluation

The Research & Evaluation Group at Public Health Management Corporation (R&E Group) is seeking a full-time Director of Evaluation to join its team. This is a new position that will have primary responsibility for leading a large portfolio of projects that encompass public health, addictions, family strengthening, and education. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills.
• Master’s degree or a recent Ph.D. in a STEM field or Social Sciences
• 3-4 years of field-based education research/evaluation experience including STEM education, teacher preparation, after school programs, and workforce development
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS) including being comfortable with using statistics to interpret and present results in a user-friendly manner.
• Self-directed and effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and note-taking.
Salary for this consultant position is the range of $30-35K/year (all inclusive).
Occasional local and nationwide travel may be needed. A reliable mode of transportation for local travel is a must. Expenses will be paid.
