Volunteer to Prototype an Ideal Society - Auroville
Hey, this is Shankar Dhanasekaran here. You might have watched my keynote earlier today "Lessons From Using Elixir And Phoenix To Build A City Software Infrastructure" where I have shared the various projects that I'm involved in Auroville --- an open source city that is in the making to prototype an ideal society.

I'm looking for people who can volunteer their time to
1. teach any technical skill, especially Elixir, Phoenix, UI/UX
2. work on web applications to create an impact in the society
3. research on Network State ( and explore the technologies, philosophies, practices necessary to implement it.
4. work on machine learning projects to create a new kind of economy based on Grace and Gratitude as an alternative to the money centric economy that is today.

If any of these interests you, please get in touch with me and I'm happy to meet you in person while I'm here in the conference or meet you virtually after.

As little as a dedicated few hours a week can make a big impact to the work that I do in Auroville.

If you are new to Elixir but are able to spend more time, it also works fine as long as you are inspired to work on the above topics. Myself or someone from Talam Auroville can also help you in mentoring while you learn and work on the above projects.
