Middle School ESL / ESOL

RIS is looking for an ELD teacher to join the middle school teaching team. She/he must be experienced “certified” teacher with a proven record of success in assisting course subject teachers and other instructional staff to develop ELD strategies, skills, tools, techniques, and capacity to effectively teach ELL learners. The ELD teacher will work closely with the Middle School Principal and the Director of Teaching and Learning Secondary, as well as collaborate with all teachers to increase the achievement of ELL students and continual improvement of the middle school ELD program.
