Chief Technology Officer

Function
Responsible for the direct management of the institution’s information systems and technology functions; planning for new systems and equipment; developing and maintaining policies and procedures; insuring system security; overseeing networks, telecommunications, and functions; establishing and maintaining effective systems of management and control throughout the organization; providing direct supervision to the Information Security Officer and Data Processing Manager.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration is desired or equivalent work experience.
Experience
A minimum of seven (7) years’ banking experience in a management capacity and have the technical knowledge to ensure efficient operations.
Skills
Must possess the ability to motivate subordinates, be a team player and promote a positive work environment, proficient PC skills, proficient analytical and technical abilities, problem solving skills; demonstrated supervisory skills, proficient interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial Loan Officer

Function
Responsible for developing and managing commercial loan relationships, interviewing applicants, collecting, and analyzing financial, credit and related information, negotiating terms for and acting on loan applications and collecting delinquent commercial loans.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred, or a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years commercial lending experience or related banking/credit experience is preferred, prior loan negotiation experience desired, and previous experience cross selling bank products.
Skills
Proficient communication skills, good PC and keyboarding skills, ability to analyze financial statements and determine credit worthiness, relationship management skills necessary, a valid driver’s license is required.

Mortgage Advisor

Function
Responsible for origination of mortgage loans and marketing of loan products in a specific area.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Mortgage origination experience is preferred. Demonstrated sales experience. Real estate knowledge helpful.

Proficient interpersonal skills, good communication skills; proficiency using Microsoft Office products, good organizational skills; must be self-motivated; a valid driver’s license is required.
Other
This position requires attendance at builder and realtor events to network and develop business. The successful candidate must be able to work some early evenings and weekends by appointment.
Hours
This is a full time position that requires working a 40-hour work week.

Compliance Officer

Education

Experience

Investment Assistant

Function
Responsible for assisting the Financial Services department in the daily workflow to maximize the sales efforts and minimize the time spent on operational tasks.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field is required or a high school diploma with a minimum of three (3) years financial services related experience.
Experience
5 plus years related experience preferred.
Skills
Strong knowledge of investments and the investment industry is required. Good PC skills and familiar with using software programs such as Word and Excel are necessary. Good organizational skills and strong task driven skills are required. Outgoing, pleasant, and professional personality is important while working with clients and co-workers. Ability to recognize cross sell opportunities for bank products and services as well as investment leads. Good time management skills to assist Investment Representatives with their schedules.
Hours
A typical schedule includes Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
Other
A requirement is to complete the Life and A&H, Series 7 and 63 licenses. The successful candidate will be a dual employee with Cetera Investment Services.
