pathways that integrate learning and work in support of adults’ engaged participation in thriving talent pipelines.
The Director opportunity is a full-time position responsible for providing deep workforce and economic development expertise within CAEL’s Partner Success Team to drive the success of our clients’ programs. The Director builds and nurtures strong client relationships, builds consensus among numerous and diverse stakeholders with complex needs, aligns them with client goals, and co-creates strategies that drive toward impact.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related and progressively responsible work experience in workforce/economic development
