The Data and Grant Manager (DGM) is responsible for proactively researching and identifying grant opportunities, leading the coordination and development of grant proposals, and overseeing the management of all grants. This position is also responsible for supporting internal research requests, program design, and evaluation across all four pillars – housing, education, wellness, and economic development. The Director of Housing and Asset Management will oversee the complete portfolio of Connected Communities subsidiary, CC Special Projects, LLC. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and managing all property and affordable housing development activities from acquisition through construction completion and permanent loan conversion. Additionally, this position will be the administrator for housing-related programs such as the Landlord Fund. The Director of Housing and Asset Management will be the point person and maintain our relationship with third-party management companies and other asset management-related contractors. The Director of Housing and Asset Management is responsible for preserving the affordability in Beechwood and EMMA and directing continual improvements to our portfolio’s economic performance; ensuring consistent compliance with LIHTC and other financial programs; maintaining the properties’ physical upkeep and curb appeal; and coordinating with the Neighborhood Hub Director to ensure resident access to services and programming.
Economic And Business Development Manager

The Economic and Business Development Manager will perform complex, professional-level assignments in economic development, including business recruitment, job development, and business retention strategies; conduct research and provide analysis on matters of economic health and sales taxes, and serves as the primary contact for neighborhood businesses. They should be charismatic and highly organized; have superb written and oral communication skills, including comfort with public speaking and external relations; be technologically savvy; be a strong researcher and editor; have immaculate attention to detail; be able to multi-task and accomplish deadlines, and be energetic and committed to achieving results.

Paying careful attention to detail such as dust, soap scum or build up of any kind.
Establish a good relationship with all clients, including their animals.


Must have valid license and reliable transportation. Being dropped off at residential client's homes is unacceptable.
Must pass background check ( results return in 24 hours)
Must be able to read and follow directions,there are door codes and pin numbers to remember.
Must be willing to train others if needed.
Cleaning experience isn't required, but it is nice if you have some.
