Relo Japan (Relo Network Asia / Orientations) Overview A consultant role in a growing relocation company (destination services, real estate, corporate housing, furniture and car lease / purchase, etc.) that provides servic... es across Japan. The job would initially be focused on the Tokyo market, with the possibility to return to assist the organization in Singapore, or perhaps even with other Asia locations.
This position is specifically designed for a Singaporean / Hong Kong national or other Asian national with industry experience. The position offered is a local hire position, with a one-month wage and return airfare signing bonus for relocation expenses and travel to Tokyo (one-time only). Salary scale and details would be discussed during the interview process, but the successful candidate would go onto the same human resources system as all our Japan employees. The working visa would be sponsored by our organization, but the candidate would need to have at least a university degree to meet Japanese working visa criteria. Japanese language ability would be welcomed but is not a necessity.
The position would suit someone who is keen to learn about relocation service provision in a growing organization in Japan, with other businesses also in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Myanmar and Singapore. Growth through the organization into other roles and management would be encouraged. A variety of training would be provided in Tokyo, and travel to other Japan Offices and locations would be required from time to time.
Industry experience is a prerequisite to the position, although that experience would not necessarily be needed in destination services. Other service industry or hospitality industry experience is also preferred. A good level of attention to detail is required, while an outgoing attitude and good interpersonal / communication skills are going to be high on the list of priorities in choosing a candidate.
