Din uppgift blir att utveckla miljöer av olika abstraktionsnivåer så som HIL, MIL och SIL för att kunna testa en styrenhet som kommunicerar med ett självkörande system. Styrenheten kontrollerar och reglerar funktionalitet som realiserar acceleration, deceleration och styrning. Du blir en del av teamet som utvecklar styrenheten, och kommer att ha ett fokus på testsystembiten av produktutvecklingen. Tester att exekveras i alla typer av testmiljöer (HIL, MIL och SIL) för att uppnå rätt nivå av testtäckning. Att produktdelen av systemet är under utveckling betyder att även testsystemet behöver hänga med i utvecklingen, och gärna ligga steget före. I periferin finns andra styrenheter med högre mognadsgrad, men testsystemen behöver anpassas även för dessa för att upprätthålla testvärdet för den nya avancerade funktionaliteten. Du kommer ingå i ett team som har helhetsgreppet om infrastrukturen som behövs för utvecklingen, där alltifrån testmiljöer, testramverk och byggsystem ingår i CI-flödet.

Arbetsuppgifter
• Designa och och vidareutveckla HIL-systemen i takt med att gruppens styrenheter förändras
• Sätta upp HIL-miljöer som simulerar busskommunikation (Ethernet/Flexray/CAN/LIN) kombinerat med fysiska sensorsignaler
• Koppla HIL-miljön till en simuleringsmiljö (fordon, väg och vägförhållanden) och se till att prestandakrav kan uppfyllas
• Se till att HIL-miljön går att styra från testramverket (Python-baserat)
• Hjälpa användare felsöka problem i HIL-miljön, vid exempelvis software download, missade signaler, etc
• Hjälpa till att sätta upp bänk-setuper för enklare tester av styrenheter
